This 90 minute session leads you through a number of mindful practices including gentle movement and mindful meditations. A great opportunity to open up to present moment awareness. If you are already familiar with these practices, it’s a great opportunity to deepen your experience.
Classes are lead by Michael Courtney, an experienced Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, and by Rosalba Courtney.
