This is a 5 session group program for anyone who is interested in learning breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and to manage energy and emotions.

The course aims … to deepen your understanding of stress and how it affects your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

You will learn … a lot of really practical and effective breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques and how to use them in everyday life.

People find  that meeting weekly with a group provides great support for establishing a regular routine of home practice.

The classes  are 2 hours long and this gives the time necessary for theory, discussion and deep practice.
